Envirotype
Envirotype is a response to the current state of global warming, and the need for more environmentally sustainable minded business models. While the world is constantly becoming more and more digital, print is still extremely relevant in our every day lives. As long as there is print it is our responsibility to engage in environmentally sustainable printing practices. Envirotype is a project which through the manipulation of existing typefaces allows them to continue to prosper in a more environmentally conscious world. A range of promotional material was created to represent the ideas behind EnviroType, including postcards and interactive pieces. Along with a series of animations showcasing the ink saving techniques used, these can be seen in the videos below.
